The La Porte High School Winter Color Guard won the Scholastic Open Class at their contest Sunday, March 4th. The contest was sponsored by the Midwest Color Guard Circuit and held at Thornton Fractional South High School in Lansing, IL. Complete results of the Scholastic Open Class were as follows:
- La Porte 78.3
- Lake Central 70.3
La Porte will travel to Lake Park High School in Roselle, IL, on March 10th to compete in their next Midwest Color Guard Circuit Contest. La Porte High School will host the Midwest Color Guard Circuit Championships on April 7th and 8th.
