IMPORTANT UPDATE from Marcia Morris, LCSO Board President
Through the generosity of orchestra supporters and the assistance of the Unity Foundation of La Porte County, the LCSO board of directors has received donations of $25,000.
These donations are secure IF there is another $25,000 in matching contributions from other donors by the end of June.
A grateful thanks goes to those who have heard the call and assisted in this necessary fund drive. While over 50 households have contributed to this effort, we believe that there are more people connected to the orchestra that could assist in this particular campaign.
The goal has not yet been raised and the deadline of June 30th is fast approaching.
Financial gifts of any level are encouraged to reach this attainable goal. Stock donations, pledges, working with employers who match charitable giving and other creative giving will be accepted for this campaign.
