La Porte County Library Serves Up Fun and Frights with Interactive Ghostbusters Showing

LPGhostbustersOn Friday, May 29, the weather was peaceful and the sun was shining in La Porte County. But in the neighborhood of the La Porte County Public Library, something spooky was happening.

The Ghostbusters were there! The library's main branch put on an interactive showing of the classic movie, Ghostbusters. People of all age were welcome to dress up in their Ghostbuster gear and participate in the movie by using items given to them by the library's Adult Services Manager, MonicahFratena.

One of the items, for example, is silly string, which was thrown in the air when they "crossed the streams," at the end of the film. This is the library's first EVER interactive movie viewing, so be on the lookout for future showings similar to this!
