The Greater La Porte Ministerial Association invites everyone to the 2nd Annual Community Thanksgiving Service. This year's service is scheduled for Sunday, November 18 at 6:30pm at First United Methodist Church--1225 Michigan Ave.--La Porte.
Pastor Jeff Hines, from the La Porte Assembly of God is the scheduled speaker at this year's service. A community choir including voices from many different churches throughout La Porte, and the First United Methodist Church handbell choir will provide music. Other participating pastors are Father Frank Endres from St. Mary of the Angels Anglican Church; Rev Evan Lash from First United Methodist Church; Rev Bob Raschka from Salem Chapel and Maple Grove United Methodist Churches; Rev Mike Sutton from Liberty Bible Church; and Father Ian Williams from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church.
