La Porte Community School Corporation Counseling Survey for Competitive Grant

La-Porte-Community-School-CorporationLPCSC school counselors have officially received $50,000 from the Lilly Foundation as part of a large non-competitive comprehensive counseling planning grant money allocation across the State of Indiana. The planning grant money is to be spent in researching a comprehensive counseling plan to be put in place in LPCSC over the next several years. A competitive grant deadline comes in May with a possible award of $100 per student in the district to be spent over the next four years.

The University of Indianapolis's Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) is serving as LPCSC's counseling consultant over the next few months to better prepare us for the competitive grant. In order to better understand how you view the counseling services offered by your local school district, the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) created this survey to collect the following information regarding: services that you consider beneficial and recommendations for additional services.
