La Lumiere School’s Science Olympiad Earns Spot at State Competition for the 24th Consecutive Year

La-Lumiere-SchoolOn Saturday, February 14, the La Lumiere Science team competed in the Goshen Regional of the Indiana Science Olympiad. The Lakers finished fourth out of 13 teams to earn a trip the State Finals held at Indiana University, Bloomington on March 21.

Experimental Design: Emily Beach, Maggie Chen, and Rowena Quinn

Geologic Mapping: Maggie Chen and Sean Russell

It’s About Time: Ian Miner and Michael Wu

Scrambler: Shivani Patel and Michael Wu

Wright Stuff: Lee Li and Ian Miner

Forensics: Megan Gillen and Shivani Patel

Fourth Place
Entomology: Noah Schuster and Max Zaccone
