La Lumiere School’s Academic Decathlon team invites the Michiana community to join them in support of the Michiana Marines Toys for Tots program. On Thursday, December 11, the nationally ranked Laker basketball team will take on Spire Institute from Ohio. The Varsity Blue team will tip off at 5:30 pm followed by Varsity White at 7:00 pm. The price of admission is a new toy for the Toys for Tots program. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.
