La Lumiere Invites You to “Max the Marsch” in Support of Cancer Research

La-Lumiere-Marsch-2015La Lumiere School and the Mary Kline Foundation invite you to Max the Marsch gym on Thursday, January 8 for a very special basketball game. The Lakers will take on Wasatch Academy, Mt. Pleasant, Utah at 7:00 p.m. CDT. In addition to great basketball, the night will be filled with all kinds of activities, including guest speaker, Alex Kline, founder of The Recruit Scoop (recruitscoop.rivals.com), an online must-read for many college basketball coaches who consider Kline’s research and reporting when deciding which high-school players to pursue. Twenty-year old Kline is a two-time Forbes Magazine “30 under 30” recipient joining the likes of LeBron James, Bryce Harper, and Usain Bolt. He founded the Mary Kline Foundation, named after his mother who passed away from brain cancer when Kline was ten, to raise funds for cancer research. All proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Mary Kline Foundation.
