“As the Kiwanis Club of LaPorte neared it’s pandemic shrouded 100th Anniversary, we had no idea what lie ahead. In early May, that question was answered when Mayor Dermody asked the Club to step-in and bring a 4th of July Parade to this community –we said “ABSOLUTELY!”
With a shortened timeframe for planning and fundraising, we are reaching out to community businesses and members to help sponsor the parade and other Kiwanis events. From the pre-parade Run for Riley 5k, a new 4th of July Kiwanis Kid’s Korner and THE parade, there are lots of opportunities for you and your organization to be recognized for the GREAT support you offer this community.
Unlike prior years in which advertising was sold to fill the Parade Brochure, time restrictions require us to seek a more limited number of Sponsors for placement in a similar Parade Brochure and recognized in other ways.
