IU Northwest School of the Arts Presents High School Student Biennial Exhibition

The exhibit, which serves as a platform for high school students to showcase their exceptional talents, will be open from October 30 through November 17

Indiana University Northwest's School of the Arts is thrilled to present the High School Student Biennial Exhibition, taking place October 30 through November 17, 2023, in the Gallery for Contemporary Art in the Savannah Center.

The exhibition will serve as a platform for talented Northwest Indiana high school students to showcase their exceptional artistic talents in a professional collegiate gallery setting while providing the Northwest Indiana community a peer into the arts curriculum of the region's high schools.

Exhibition Highlights

  • Scholarships: Three outstanding high school exhibitors will be selected by the Fine Art faculty to receive a prestigious scholarship to IU Northwest, amounts ranging from $250 to $500.
  • Opening Reception: Join us for the Opening Reception on Thursday, November 2, 2023, from 5-7 p.m. to celebrate the young artists whose work is on display. Light refreshments will be provided.
  • Participation Information: High School Art teachers interested in submitting student artwork to the exhibition, further details and submission guidelines can be obtained by contacting Ryan Bennett at ryalbenn@iu.edu.
