Independent Cat Society: Petey in Urgent Need of a Home

ICS-PeteyWhen Petey was just a young kitten he was diagnosed with Feline Leukemia. It was unknown at that time if he would live a long life, or like many Felv cats and kittens, die within a few months. Petey is now 6 years old and in very good health. He doesn't require any meds or special treatment. But sadly now Petey is losing his foster home because his foster mom has become ill and can no longer care for him.

And his home is about to be sold and the Independent Cat Society has nowhere to place Petey. This sweet boy is so sweet and affectionate and would really love to find an adoptive home or at permanent foster home where he can feel loved. Petey needs a home where he is the only pet or a home with other Felv cats. He is running out of time. For more information regarding Feline Leukemia please check out this link, http://www.2ndchance.info/flv.htm. For more information regarding Petey please contact the Independent Cat Society at 219-785-4936 or email us at shelter@catsociety.org. Please help Petey before he is without any place to go.
