Hospice Foundation Update – January 2022

Thanks for a Spectacular 2021!

As we tally the successes of 2021, at the top of the list is the outpouring of support we received from our donors and supporters. Your gifts, attendance at our events, and engagement on social media are crucial to our work. Thank you! We are blessed to be part of a community that cares about improving the quality of living for those we serve.

With 2021 behind us, we’re now cautiously – but optimistically – looking forward to the coming year. Here are some of the things we have on our agenda for 2022!

Care Connections Center at Milton Village – in collaboration with REAL Services and other community partners, we’re looking forward to welcoming Milton Adult Day Services clients to the new Care Connections Center at Milton Village in the coming weeks. We’ll be sharing sneak peeks of the new facility in the next Hospice Foundation e-newsletter.

Veterans Memorial Dedication – this event will be scheduled for early October at the Robert J. Hiler Jr. Veterans Memorial on our Mishawaka campus to dedicate items purchased in honor or in memory of a U.S. Armed Forces veteran.

In addition, we’re planning some education, donor update and appreciation, and fundraising events throughout the year. Look for them in upcoming newsletters and on social media. You can follow us on Facebook and Twitter by using the icons below.

Since 1980, Center for Hospice Care has promised that no one eligible for hospice services will be turned away, regardless of their ability to pay. Your gifts and support of Hospice Foundation help us assure that promise will always be met. Thank you!

Our donors play a vital role in making sure we are able to keep our 42-year-old promise to provide care to anyone eligible for hospice care, regardless of their ability to pay.
