Horizon is Upgrading Their Telephone Banking System April 2nd

telephone-bankingOur Telephone Banking Service will be upgraded on April 2nd. You can use our free Telephone Banking Service to do most of your banking around-the-clock from home, at work or while on vacation.

With our new system you avoid traffic jams and teller lines. And, you always have access to the information you need to make timely financial decisions.

Features of Telephone Banking Service:

  • Checking accounts. Verify the balance in your checking account, recent checks posted or electronic transactions, such ATM and automatic deposits or withdrawals.
  • Savings accounts. Learn the balance, recent deposits and withdrawals, plus the interest earned in any savings or money market account.
  • Transfer funds between accounts.
  • CDs and IRAs. Get the current account balance, date of last interest payment, date of next interest payment, accrued interest and maturity date.
  • Loans. Check the current balance, the last payment date, next payment date, payoff amount and interest information.

 

When you call, a helpful automated voice will guide you through the process quickly and easily. Simply listen to the new menu selections and press the appropriate numbers for the desired account information or transaction. You can find a listing of these new menu options on our website.

 

A list of important dates pertaining to the new Telephone Banking System:

March 26 – This is an outbound courtesy call from Horizon Bank to our frequent users of our Telephone Banking Service announcing the upgrading that is coming April 2nd. Establishing a secure 4-digit pin number will be part of using the new system.

April 1 – A courtesy reminder from Horizon Bank that the first time you access the new system you will be prompted to establish a 4-digit security code in order to use the system.
