Craig M. Dwight, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Bank, N.A., is pleased to announce the promotion of Steven Skalka for Horizon Trust & Investment as Senior Vice President of Investment Management.
Skalka is responsible for shaping and effectively communicating the direction of the Investment Department and enhancing risk-adjusted returns among the vast range of Horizon’s account types and relationships. He oversees the Trust Investment Committee and sits on the Trust Administration Committee. Skalka earned his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law (Magna Cum Laude), his Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Purdue University North Central with a Major in Accounting. He also has the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations as well.
