The first day of spring will be gloriously celebrated at La Porte New Church, 812 Indiana Avenue, with a community concert on Thursday, March 20 at 7 p.m.
Performing will be Tammara Mounce, Tom Daisy, Ava Brewer, Gene Abraham, and possibly others. Everyone is invited to attend and enjoy the music of these talented local artists. Freewill donations will benefit funds for the church's handicap access project and its youth league.
