Blue Chip Casino Named Volunteer Company of the Year
Blue Chip Casino, Hotel and Spa was recognized as a Volunteer Company of the Year at the Indiana Association of United Ways State Leaders Conference on March 13 in Indianapolis.
Blue Chip’s 2013 employee campaign raised more than $65,000 and the business provided another $100,000 in corporate support for United Way fundraising events.
Blue Chip Assistant General Manager Jack Elia accepted the award at the state United Way awards banquet. Elia is a member of the United Way board of directors.
Throughout the year, Blue Chip donates food, clothing and office equipment to meet the needs of United Way community partner agencies.
