Michigan City High School parents are invited to attend a free workshop on "Health, Fitness, and Nutrition" on Wednesday, December 5, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the school's Media Center.
Participants will experience yoga, Jazzercise, and healthy snacks, and are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. (One lucky parent will receive a free cookbook of healthy recipes.)
The workshop is free to all parents and is sponsored by the MCHS Parent Network.
