Ryan Fazekas was selected as one of four Indiana Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA)/Subway Player of Week on Tuesday.
Fazekas carried Marquette Catholic (20-6) to the Class A podium in a 70-66 victory in overtime over Barr-Reeve. The 6-8 guard/forward produced 34 points with 10 rebounds, three assists and three steals as the Blazers captured their first basketball championship. The Providence University commit hit 13-of-22 shots, 7-of-11 3-pointers and 1-of-2 free throws en route to his game-high output.
