An Evening with ArtSpaceThe Artspace Michigan City team is thrilled to share this update about the May 8 fundraising event, An Evening with Artspace, at the Blue Chip Casino's Stardust Event Center. More than 200 guests attended to hear from local leaders and Artspace about why the project matters in Michigan City and how the community can help meet the final fundraising gap of $500,000. The event raised $10,000 toward this final goal.

PROPERTY SCHEDULE
Artspace Uptown Artist Lofts is currently in development and not available for residential leasing. To receive the most up to date information including announcements on upcoming information sessions please sign up for Property Updates.

The Artspace team anticipates that construction will be able to start in early 2015, and be complete in Spring or Summer of 2016.

Artspace will begin pre-leasing activities for residential live-work units by hosting informational sessions to help applicants understand the income certification, artist selection and lease application process required to lease a live/work space.

We will begin accepting residential applications approximately 60-90 days prior to project completion. Announcements on when and where residential leasing information sessions will be held should be made in late Summer or Fall 2015.
