The La Porte Hospital Clinical Colleague of the Quarter is Elizabeth Vanhook, Antibiotic Stewardship Pharmacist. Elizabeth was nominated by multiple colleagues from a variety of departments. She is described as well humored, a pleasure to be around, willing to help and committed to doing the right thing. It has been stated that she is invaluable to the department. Over the last year, she has shared her expertise within the hospital’s information system. Her collaboration and passion to streamline processes are beneficial to the organization.
