This free event offers families a variety of fun indoor and outdoor activities led by the Dunes Learning Center’s team of knowledgeable naturalists. Activities include guided hikes, nature crafts, face painting, an indoor campfire sing-along and a winter fashion skit that will teach children how to dress for winter fun. Hot cocoa and cookies will be served.
“Winter Open House is a great way to learn about Dunes Learning Center and our summer camp programs,” said Geof Benson, Executive Director of Dunes Learning Center. “Open house attendees can also enter to win a $100 certificate toward a 2015 summer camp registration.”
Day summer camp programs are available for ages six through eight years old. Overnight summer camp programs are available for ages nine through seventeen years old. Summer camp registration is now open on Dunes Learning Center's website.
