Locally-owned store is ready to serve the community through contactless delivery and carryout
HOBART, Indiana – Domino’s “pizza theater” in Hobart, located at 135 N. Wisconsin St., is opening soon and ready to serve the local community. In celebration of the store’s grand opening, customers can enjoy medium one-topping carryout pizzas for $3.99 each from August 10th – 31st.
“These are unprecedented times, but we want local residents to know that we’re here to serve them,” said Jim Gronemann, Hobart Domino’s franchise owner. “We’re in the business of making delicious pizza and we want to help everyone the best way we know how – by providing a hot meal for them.”
The new location’s pizza theater design brings the art and fun of pizza-making to the forefront, as it allows customers to see their pizza being made, each step of the way. Domino’s in Hobart offers contactless carryout and delivery, as well as Domino’s Carside Delivery, which is a contactless carryout option for customers who would like the convenience of picking up their order without leaving their vehicle. The store also features a walk-up window to pick up carryout orders.
“The safety of our team members and customers is always our first priority,” said Gronemann. “With that in mind, the store is taking a number of extra precautions to keep everyone safe.”
Domino’s in Hobart is also looking to hire delivery drivers, customer service representatives and assistant managers. Delivery drivers will have the option to use the store’s e-bikes, golf carts or company vehicles for deliveries. More than 95% of Domino’s U.S. franchise owners actually began their career as part-time team members, including Gronemann. He began working at Domino’s as a delivery driver in 1984 and worked his way up. He purchased his first store in 1990 and now owns 21 Domino’s locations throughout Indiana and Illinois.
“Domino’s is a great place to work,” said Gronemann. “Our stores provide a fantastic opportunity to those who show initiative and a desire to advance. Whether you’re looking for a part-time job or a career, this is the place to be.”
