The addition of the Crown Point practice will allow Franciscan Physician Network to further expand its obstetric and gynecologic services for women from teens to past menopause.
The practice is comprised of board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners, including Nicole Cataldi, DO; Mary Eileen McCormack DO; Amy Marciniak, NP and Abigail Reardon, NP.
Dr. Cataldi attended Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Ill.
Her clinical interests include general obstetric care, menopause, perimenopause, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and pelvic pain/endometriosis.
Dr. McCormack attended medical school at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Ill. and completed her residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago.
Her clinical interests include adolescent medicine, high-risk pregnancy, minimally invasive surgery and post-menopausal medicine.
Nurse Practitioner Marciniak earned her Master of Science degree in nursing from Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, Ind. and her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind.
Her clinical interests include preventative care, wellness and women’s health.
Nurse Practitioner Reardon earned her Master of Science degree in nursing from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Ill. and her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Ind.
Her clinical interests include lactation counseling and support, preventative care, thyroid disorders and women’s health.
