Crichfield Holds 2015 PTA Playground Night

Critchfield-PTA-Night-2015-CollageOn Friday, August 28, countless people filed into Crichfield’s playground with picnic baskets and footballs in hand. Little kids, middle schoolers, parents, and teachers alike could be found running around the playground.

“Look around! This is a great school with great family support. It’s a Friday night and all of these people are here,” Mrs. Nash, third grade teacher, said.

There was no lack of fun and excitement Friday. Not only did the kids enjoy themselves in a blow up bouncy house or on a blow up slide, but fourth grade teacher Mr. Briggs went down the slide many times as well. Kids and parents enjoyed a sweet treat of ice cream and snow cones after running around.

“It’s free entertainment and our son can play with his friends,” Vicky Urbanczyk, Crichfield parent, said.

The Crichfield pride was flowing from teachers and families. No parent could deny that they highly approve of Crichfield’s teachers and all that they do.

“I was a [Crichfield] Cougar and it’s fun that they [kids] go here. It’s a great school, and I love the staff!” Amanda Tonagel, Crichfield parent, said.
