Come and meet the author of the La Porte County Public Library’s Community Read initiative, Tricia Fields, on Monday, October 20 at 6:30 pm at the Main Library, 904 Indiana Ave., La Porte, IN.
The Territory, is the first in a trilogy from Fields set in a small Texas border town, where Police Chief, Josie Gray, deals with the Mexican drug cartel on a daily basis. Fields’ novel won her the 2010 Tony Hillerman Prize for a Mystery Novel.
