Annual Donate Life Rose Dedication Ceremony
Please join Community Healthcare System in celebrating the life and legacy of our organ, tissue and cornea donors and their families. Each donor family will be presented with a replica of the rose and vial that will adorn the 2015 Donate Life Float in the Tournament of Roses Parade on New Year's Day. Our dedication ceremony will be held on Nov. 5 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the Center for Visual and Performing Arts at 1040 Ridge Rd., Munster, Ind.
