New parents can take our free Taking Care of Baby class which covers basic baby care on March 2 from 6:00-8:45 p.m., at the Community Hospital Outpatient Centre, located at 9660 Wicker Ave., St. John, Ind.

Diabetes Class
Taking Steps to Prevent Type 2 Diabetes will be held on March 2 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Community Hospital, located at 901 MacArthur Blvd., Munster, Ind. Learn what steps to take to prevent Type 2 Diabetes with guidance from a Registered Dietitian and Registered Nurse.

Women-Know Your Risk for Heart Disease
Heart Disease is the No. 1 killer of women and is more deadly than all forms of cancer. Cardiac Rehab staff will discuss the facts about heart disease in women.
