Feature Class Session: 2 Day Innovation Immersion February 24-25, 2016
The 2-Day Innovation Leadership Immersion is a one-of-a-kind immersive experience that covers a variety of tools and methodologies from Innovation leaders from around the world that relate to almost all organizations and gives teams a plethora of tools to take back into an enterprise and use right away. So far the Pfeil Innovation Center has conducted over 60 Innovation Immersions that have been attended by over 1200 engaged participants from over 120 businesses from our region and beyond.
Over the course of 2 days, teams learn how to build on their current Innovation knowledge and help further invigorate their culture of Innovation into the workplace.
Through 11 different modules teams will learn how to:
De-risk Innovation
Develop Innovation champions
Discover 10 types of Innovation
Understand the 3 "plagues" of Innovation
Many more tools to help create or enhance an Innovation culture through activity based learning.
