The City of La Porte Utilities announced that on the first of October the City of La Porte made a transition to a new utility billing system so that new features and options could be offered to citizens. These features include online access to account information, a paperless e-bill option, as well as a redesigned bill. The transition was very complex and some of the bills contained errors. Those accounts with errors will be issued corrected bills as soon as possible. Please bear with us as we get the new system up and running.
