Center for Hospice Care (CHC) is proud to announce Alexandrea Holloway, RN as the organization’s new Patient Care Coordinator- Plymouth Region. Alexandrea has been serving CHC since 2020 in a Case Manager role.
With this promotion to Patient Care Coordinator, Alexandrea will be an integral part of the CHC Nursing team. She will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Plymouth office. She will ensure the Plymouth Region team has the tools and resources they need to deliver the best patient care, while staying in compliance.
Alexandrea Holloway brings over five years of nursing experience with almost three of those years with CHC. Prior to her work with Center for Hospice Care, Alexandrea served in a hospital setting in the Intensive Care Unit.
Alexandrea graduated from IUSB School of nursing in 2018. She is currently studying for her CHPN. She is married with two boys, ages 2 and 4. Her favorite pass times are reading and going to garage sales. Alexandrea shared that her first job was working in an activities department at a nursing home in Plymouth and has always favored the elderly population. While in college, Alexandrea worked for a wonderful family, and it made her fall in love with one-on-one, person-centered care. When she came to hospice, she loved the idea of being able to focus on her patients while she was in their home.
