Center for Creative Solutions Announces Break Through Thinking Training

center-for-creative-solutions-incA recent poll by Adobe shows Americans think being innovative is valuable to them and the economy. They want more training to help them tap into their innovative side.

On December 4, 2014, northwest Indiana residents can learn about break through thinking. The short session will focus on FourSight, a self-assessment tool designed to improve everyone’s problem solving skills.

Through the training, attendees will:
Understand breakthrough thinking and why it matters.
Learn how to enhance one’s effectiveness as a problem solver.
Add new, practical tools to his/her toolbox.
Feel less frustrated as everyone around him/her works more efficiently.
Discover and leverage one’s creative problem solving strengths.

Individuals as well as teams will benefit from the session. According to Cynthia Hedge, Center CEO, "it matters not whether you work in business, a faith-based organization, education, health care, or a government or non-profit agency. Through FourSight training, everyone can sharpen their competitive edge."

The program will be held at the Northern Indiana Education Foundation Building, 402 Franklin Square, Michigan City, Indiana. It runs from 8:00-10:30 a.m.

Registration fee is $60. It includes the presentation, activities, materials, and a light breakfast. Because the FourSight assessment must be completed prior to the session, registrations should be made no later than December 1, 2014.
