Lubeznik Center for the Arts is seeking artists for their 2014 Lakefront Arts Festival. Artists can submit their applications until April 4 online. For entry instructions click here.

Details: Sat. Aug. 16, 2014, 10AM - 6PM (CDT), Sun. Aug. 17, 2014,10AM - 5PM (CDT)

Location of the show: Washington Park, Michigan City, IN - on the lake front.

Number of exhibitors: just over 100; Categories include: 2 dimensional art, fine craft, photography, sculptural objects, wearable art, jewelry; $3,000 total cash prizes will be awarded

In cooperation with the Purdue University North Central Department of English and Modern Languages

Join us for an intimate performance with Ronny Cox. The actor turned musician is best known for his dueling banjo performance in "Deliverance". Acting in over 125 films and television shows, the actor turned to music with his first album self titled, "Ronny Cox" debuting in 1993.

Tickets will be held at the door. Members: $15 Non-Members: $20

First Fridays: Mike Kucharski & Brian Rich perform a live acoustic set

The Free Performance begins at 5:30PM

Kick off the spring season with live music by local musicians Mike Kucharski & Brian Rich. Playing in multiple bands together and hosting local open mic nights, the two have come together again to perform at LCA. Spend the night enjoying the sounds of original and cover songs while browsing our galleries.
