The Boston 8th grade football team lost to Plymouth 28 to 0 at Plymouth Wednesday night to fall to one win and two losses on the season.
Offensively, the lone big play came at the end of the first half with Blake Cornett coming up one yard short of the goal line after a 60 yard completion from Nolan Lorenz.
The defense improved this week compared to last week, by holding Plymouth to 8 points in the first half and by forcing 7 fumbles, recovering 4. Jacob Ray had one forced fumble and 4 tackles while Edgar Villa added 3 tackles. The 8th grade football team plays at John Young in Mishawaka next Tuesday.
