Boston Middle School held a fundraiser for LLS (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) March 1st- March 18th. Students in the 8th grade high ability class helped lead the way by planning various activities to generate donations.
Some of the activities included duct taping a teacher to a wall, throwing a pie in the face of a teacher, Pajama Day, Jersey Day, and a walk-a-thon. The school goal was to raise $2,016 dollars, but that goal was exceeded with Boston raising over $3,500 for the organization.
