Boston Middle School’s Eighth Grade Five Semester Awards Night took place on Wednesday, March 16th, at 6:30 PM. The program started off with a talk by Mrs. Lenig, one of the Boston Middle School Counselors. Then Mrs. Carter, Boston Middle School’s Principal, gave an encouraging speech to the students. Finally, Mrs. Welsh, who was chosen by the eighth graders, gave a speech, also.
All Award Students received medals and certificates. The students were then recognized for their accomplishments. There was one student with Perfect Attendance: David Guzman-Medina. All A’s and B’s Students were: Celeste Barclay, Sydney Bearickx, Jillian Bell, Eric Boklund, III, Jordan Cahill, Kaleb Cooper, Ronaldo Cuarenta, Timothy Daniels, Ellen Feikes-Mofield, Alexis Joyner, Ciara Kelley, Kennedy Land, Alexandra Leal, John MacLennan, Kaylee Maesch, Grace Murphy, Justyn Nespo, Michael Oswald, Zofia Otolski, Kamryn Perz, Ethan Petcu, Jillian Pullen, Trista Rompa, Neiha Sanchez, Tia Santana, Mason Scheidt, Logan Schroeder, Saira Schwartz, Gretchen Sexton, Nicholas Shei, Samantha Shei, Teja Simmons, Caleah Smith, Sarah Smith, Caitlin Sonnenberg, Lars Tuznik, Benjamin Wakeman, Annalise Warnock, Jennifer Wildfang, Sean Wilson.
The All A’s Students were: Carson Crass, Emma James, Rachel Kaminski, Corrine Kelley, Morgan Llewellyn, James Malony, Jillian Matzke, Faith Mcalister, Jackson Pavy, Adam Pierzakowski, Mason Schroeder.
The Class Speaker, Sean Wilson, then gave a talk to his classmates. A Slide Show Presentation was then presented consisting of pictures of the students in their younger years. In closing, Mrs. Carter congratulated the students.
Refreshments were then served in the Boston cafeteria. It was a great and proud evening at Boston Middle School.
