Boston Middle School’s eighth Grade History teacher, Mr. Dodson, did a “March Madness” themed lesson with his class.
Students chose a college or university to research. Then, the students found the history behind their mascots and team names and the historical significance of their team names. Finally, the students created a pennant of the university to celebrate their history. Mr. Dodson and his students wanted to share this fun experience!
