This week the 7th graders at Boston Middle School participated in generationOn’s Joy Maker Challenge. The Joy Maker Challenge runs from November 23rd to December 23rd. For every child or teen who volunteers through the Joy Maker Challenge, Hasbro will donate a toy or game to Toys for Tots.
7th graders partnered up with Cards for Hospitalized Kids. During TA, we discussed what it’s like to be in a hospital and what they would miss most if they had to spend the holidays in a hospital. After discussion, students were given cards to color and then they wrote inspirational holiday messages to children across the country who will be spending their holidays in the hospital.
In all, the 7th grade cheered up the holidays for 116 kids across the country.
