American RENOLIT recruiting for multiple positions in General Labor Production

La Porte’s American RENOLIT is currently recruiting for multiple positions in General Labor Production. The plastic film manufacturing company prides itself on its teamwork and is looking for new team members that share a commitment to the company’s five core values: cooperation, innovation, high-value, open-mindedness, and reliability.

Established in 1998, American RENOLIT in La Porte manufactures plastic film used in a variety of industries, including the graphics, signage, and labeling industries. American RENOLIT continues to be one of the leading innovators in the industry, a value that is encouraged within its employee base.

“Our company culture is all about teamwork," said Heather Glanz, Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Specialist at American RENOLIT. "The company’s slogan is ‘Rely on It,’ which is an ongoing commitment and daily challenge in all facets of the company. We truly value our employees, and we invite them to make an active contribution regarding innovation.”

American RENOLIT and its employees have contributed to not only innovation but also the community as well. In a pre-COVID-19 world, the company and employees were involved in beloved La Porte events and organizations such as the Tour de La Porte, Rebuilding Together La Porte County, Dragon Boat Races, and much more.

“We pride ourselves on our community involvement,” Glanz said. “Last year, we adopted a teacher from several of the La Porte elementary schools and bought items for their classrooms. The employees raised money and RENOLIT matched it, which allowed for each teacher to have approximately $500 to spend on items for their classroom. Then the ‘Fun Committee’ delivered these items to each classroom.”

American RENOLIT is looking for new team members that wish to share in a culture of excellence, community involvement, and innovation. The company currently has four calendar lines and is finalizing the installation of a fifth line.
