American Licorice Company, makers of Sour Punch Straws and Red Vines Candy, announced today that it has been selected as one of the 2018 national winning companies by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). The award recognizes excellence in employee relations, innovation to motivate employees and the ability to effectively implement creative compensation programs.

The 2018 national winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. Honorees will be awarded at the National Best and Brightest Summit - Illuminate 2019 symposium and awards gala on September 15-17, at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, located at 1 W Wacker Drive, in Chicago, IL.

The Best and Brightest Program honored 512 national winning organizations from across the country out of 2,400 nominations. In addition to honoring all national winners, the top 101 National winning companies were also announced. With over 20 years of experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) have identified numerous best Human Resource practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
