Addison Pointe Employee Warms the Staff in Winter Months

As the days grow shorter and colder, senior care communities like Addison Pointe Health & Rehabilitation need kind, dutiful, and hardworking employees to help liven up the atmosphere. The residents can always use some livening up this time of year, too!

One such employee who fits the bill is Hope Zack. She works in the kitchen at Addison Pointe, and as she goes about her many KP duties, she touches the lives of everyone she works with, from resident to coworker.

Zack was awarded Employee of the Month in October, and since then she has continued to carry the responsibility and dedication the title suggests.

Having been with Addison for almost two and half years, Zack plans on remaining with Addison Pointe for the long haul because she feels “valued every day at her job.”

Bob Milligan, Director of Dining Services at Addison Pointe, explained that there’s a good reason Zack is so highly valued.

“Hope is such a great breath of fresh air in my department,” Milligan said. “She is very [deserving] of being the employee of the month for October because she is a hard worker and always carries a positive attitude.”

Zack loves working for Addison Pointe because of residents and staff that she gets to works with every day.

Outside of work, Zack enjoys shopping with her sister and spending time with her son, Jared, who attends college in Iowa.

Thanks for keeping us and those at Addison Pointe Health & Rehabilitation warm in the winter months, Hope Zack!
