At Four Winds Casinos, the cleaning department has continued to go above and beyond as the casino’s four locations welcome back guests to a luxury gaming, dining, and entertainment experience with safety in mind.

When the COVID-19 pandemic forced businesses around the country to close, Four Winds Casinos shut its doors to help slow the spread of the virus. Earlier this summer, with a clear and strong plan in place to ensure cleanliness and safe social distancing, the casinos re-opened and its cleaning department has been extra strong at work sanitizing all surfaces, rooms, machines, and more.
“Four Winds Casinos already maintained a very high standard for cleanliness, so it was an easy process for our Cleaning Team to adapt to the new procedures and safety requirements,” Smith said. “New and modified procedures include enhanced ‘touch point’ cleaning, installation of additional sanitizer units throughout the facility, and new Electrostatic Sprayers to aid in sanitizing machines and surfaces. We also increased the number of cleanings completed during each shift.”
Teamwork has defined the team, with each employee working together to create a collaborative workplace.
“Each team member is willing to assist each other as needed, and they also support each other with schedule changes and sharing job responsibilities,” Smith said. “They have been working closely on a daily basis and this shared experience of being focused on protecting guests and employees has created a strong collaborative working environment.”
