2nd Saturdays! return to La Porte the second Saturday of each month May through October. This special event celebrates the downtown businesses and offer a quality evening out for visitors to come out and enjoy downtown La Porte. For the event series launch, May 11th features a Wine and Brew Walk for visitors to enjoy.
All of the regular businesses that participate in the monthly event will be open from 5pm to 7pm, and a select few will be featuring free tastes from local breweries and vintners of some of the finest craft brews and wines in the region.
Businesses hosting a special tasting include Seven Restaurant with Figure 8 Brewery, Ignoffo’s Italian Bistro with Shady Creek Winery, Five Star Cuts with Burn ‘Em Brewing, Dick’s Bar with Four Horseman Brewing and Ogle’s Inn with Back Road Brewery & Greenbush Brewery.
