1st Source Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Cook to Vice President of the Bank.
Mr. Cook has been with 1st Source Bank since 2016 and is the Manager of Talent, Organizational Development, and Total Rewards. He holds a B.S. of Science Economics from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and graduated from the Wharton/Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 2024. He also holds a Certification for Diversity and Inclusion in HR, a People Analytics Certification, and a Professional in Human Resources Certification.
In the community, Mr. Cook has served on the La Porte County Family YMCA Board of Directors since 2019, volunteered at Sandpiper Cooperative Preschool, Honor Flight Northeast Indiana, United Way in Porter and St. Joseph Counties, Meals on Wheels, LaPorte High School and Junior Achievement.
