Chicago Street Theatre: Junie B. Jones The Musical
Hot on the heels of their success with Young Frankenstein, Chicago Street Theatre is bringing everyone's favorite first grader back to the stage in an all new musical just in time for the holidays. Based on the popular children's book series by Barbara Park, Junie B. Jones The Musical is created by Marcy Heisler and Zina Goldrich, the team that brought audiences Dear Edwina and the Broadway-bound Ever After. Running November 20 through December 6, the play faithfully captures four of Parks' beloved Junie B. First Grader stories with a delightful and amusing musical score. Although the musical is for ages 4 and up, children of all ages and their parents will adore this family feature which is making its Northwest Indiana premiere at Chicago Street.
14th Annual Holiday Shopping Spree & Craft Show
Dyer Parks & Recreation is having their 14th Annual Holiday Shopping Spree & Craft Show on Saturday, November 21st from 10am-3pm at Kahler Middle School in Dyer, IN. Booth spaces are approximately 8' x 8' and are $53.50 for a space without electricity or $64.20 for a space with electricity. We provide one 8' table and one chair with your booth space.
