Wine and Brew Festival
Nativity of our Savior Knights of Columbus Council 9114 is selling tickets for the 2nd Annual Wine and Brew Festival. Samples of craft beers and fine wines will be showcased by local vendors. Silent auction items include sports memorabilia, gift baskets, a 3 day vacation package to the Wisconsin Dells, and much more. The event will also include door prizes, food and entertainment. 

Valparaiso Parks Foundation: Party in the Park
Join us for a "first look" at Valparaiso's new winter recreation hot spot in Central Park Plaza! The community is cordially invited to attend a Thanksgiving Hymn Festival sponsored by the Northwest Indiana Chapter of the American Guild of Organists to be held on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 4:00 pm at the Valparaiso University Chapel of the Resurrection. A free-will offering will be collected for the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana.

Hannah's Hope Annual Craft/Vendor Fair

Hannah's Hope is a nonprofit charity started in honor of Hannah G. Martinez. Hannah was born with severe brain damage caused by a possible prenatal stroke. With this, Hannah faced many challenges and was severely developmentally delayed. Hannah's family and close friends were inspired by her sweet smile, bright blue eyes, and incredible strength. 

Worthy Women Recovery Home 7th Annual Banquet
Every year since the inception of Worthy Recovery, Inc., the annual dinner has been a highlight. It provides a time to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year and thank volunteers and contributors while sharing a meal, hearing stories from those who have been positively affected by our work, and raising money to keep the progress going. This year the dinner moves to the Heston Hills Banquet Center where we are excited to gather our friends and supporters for the dinner and a very exciting silent and live auction combination event. Join us in our goal of Recovering Hope! 

School Daze Sock Hop to Benefit Michgian City YMCA, Rotary
Get ready to twist the night away at the School Daze Sock Hop Saturday, November 14 to support the Michigan City branch of the YMCA and Rotary scholarships. Rock out at the Rotary Club sponsored event at Barker Hall beginning at 7 PM. for great tunes, dancing, fun contests, delicious food and cash bar. Special guests include members of the 1966 Elston Red Devil championship basketball team commemorating the 50th anniversary of their victory. From poodle skirts to hippie beads, high school costumes and school colors are encouraged.
