Guests can purchase a variety of artwork, ceramics, and fudge and popcorn gift sets, produced on-site by individuals with disabilities. Visitors will enjoy free photos with Santa and shop the Holiday Gift Extravaganza, featuring several vendors, door prizes, giveaways, and light refreshments.

Holiday Spirit Kicks Off in Downtown Valparaiso
The Annual Holly Days event will bring the sights and sounds of the season to downtown Valparaiso on Friday, December 6. The Michiana Ice Carvers will construct a winter scene in Central Park Plaza while live holiday music performed by Into the Light and local Girl Scout troops. Kids can enjoy free train rides and parents can visit the Holiday Village to start their shopping. Enjoy traveling sidewalk carolers and a live nativity with live animals as part of the festivities.

Santa is coming to the Harley-Davison Shop of Michigan City on Saturday December 7! From 11am-3pm he will be available for photos som come and get your picture taken for free with Santa. Bring your pets and get their photos, too, because Santa loves animals.
41st Annual Madrigal Dinner to be held December 7 and 8
Chesterton High School Music Dept. will present its 41st annual Madrigal Dinners on Friday, Dec. 6, Saturday, Dec. 7, and Sunday, Dec. 8. The CHS Cafeteria will be transformed into a “Greate Hall” complete with Elizabethan settings and costumes for “Ye Olde Madrigal Christmas Feasts.” ry and represents the traditions of the Christmas season through spoken and musical offerings. The cast of approximately 100 CHS music students dressed in medieval costume sing, play, juggle, amuse and serve throughout each of the five performances.
Need a "Little" Christmas
Now that "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas," please join the La Porte County Symphony Orchestra Children's Chorus in your "Christmas Shoes" as they do a little "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree"! Since "Christmas was Meant for Children," bundle up your children for the FREE Need a Little Christmas Concert performed by local 2nd through 5th graders on December 6th. A string quartet from the Northwest Indiana Symphony Youth Orchestra will perform, as well.
Calvary Church Hosts Annual Christmas Lunch
The women’s ministry of Calvary Church will host its annual Christmas Lunch on December 7 at 11 am. The Christmas Lunch is the premier event of Calvary’s women’s ministry. The tradition is a miniaturized version of neighborhood holiday decoration contests and drive-through holiday light shows.

From 10:00 am - Noon and from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm this Saturday, December 7, Santa Clause will be in his house on Broadway in Thomas Centennial Park to hear the Christmas wishes of Duneland boys and girls. Each child will be gifted with a candy cane and activity book donated by Duneland Chamber of Commerce member Metro Recycling.
