Lubeznik Center for the Arts presents free workshop, Craftivism 101 – Bringing the Pride

Free LGBTQIA+ Event on Sunday, March 24 from 11 AM-1 PM CST & 2-4 PM CST

Lubeznik Center for the Arts (LCA) is excited to announce a free workshop, Craftivism 101 - Bringing the Pride, on Sunday, March 24, 2024. The workshop will be led by Stitched, Woven and Hooked artist, Shannon Downey.

There will be two sessions: the first from 11 AM to 1 PM Central, and the second from 2 PM to 4 PM Central.

This family-friendly workshop is intended for the LGBTQIA+ community and all allies! Get acquainted with craftivism, learn to embroider, stitch something brilliant and make friends–all in just 2 hours! This event is free, but please RSVP to ArtInfo@LubeznikCenter.org and specify which session you would like to attend.
