The Boston 8th grade football team lost to Kankakee Valley 28 to 6 under the lights at Kiwanis Field Tuesday night. The offense was led in rushing by fullback Devin Hammons-Flanagan, and in pass receptions by Scott Cooper. Scott Cooper caught a 2 yard touchdown pass from quarterback Alex Dudek.
Jacob Cole ran the ball well on kickoff return. Defensively, Alex Schmitt, Mason Anderson, and Darrell Odle each had 2 tackles. Dakota Euler added a tackle. Alex Dudek had an interception.
The 8th grade football team plays their final game of the season versus Kesling Wednesday, October 3rd under the lights at Kiwanis Field.
