The La Porte County Family YMCA is seeking a new CEO for our multi-facility YMCA. The CEO is responsible for establishing and implementing the mission, vision, goals, and values of the YMCA within the organization and the community.
The Successful Candidate Will Achieve Excellence in the Following Areas:
- Lead and Develop the Staff Team
- Continue to Improve Operating Performance
- Continue to Review and Implement the Y’s Strategic Plan
- Provide Strong Fiscal Leadership/Lead Fund Raising Efforts
- Create High Visibility in the Community
