Students from the La Porte High School Music Department participated in the Indiana State School Music Association Vocal and Piano Solo and Ensemble Contest on Saturday, February 4 at Kankakee Valley Middle School. Sixty-nine Gold Division medals, and thirty-three Silver Division medals were given to the eighty-three La Porte High School students who participated. The individuals earning these medals are as follows:
